Look at the expression on their faces and you know what happened in Delhi yesterday. It looks like Congress Party has made its decision very clear by appointing Botsa Satyanarayana as the PCC chief of Andhra Pradesh state. Having PCC president and CM from seema & andhra, they are trying to strengthen Congress Party in Seemandhra with the stratagies and having Damodara Raja Narasimha as deputy CM and by announcing some special packages and projects to Telangana region, they are trying to strengthen Congress party in Telangana through development. Delhi high command is expecting to win the coming general elections in 2014 by gaining maximum majority in Seemandhra (where 175 MLAs are there) and try to not to lose it's present seats in Telangana. not to forget to mention Chiranjeevi and his future role in congress to gain the support of Kapu voters (a caste with maximum number of voters in AP) as well as strengthening the party in Seemandhra.
The congress leaders who met many of the high command leaders in Delhi yesterday, are not at all optimistic about the formation of separate Telangana state and that is what reflecting in their faces. It is more like their fear of withholding their positions in 2014 than the disappointment of not having Telangana as a separate state. :)
