If you read the last lines of the fourth page where he was referring to high command about Chandrababu Naidu, you can confirm that this doesn't look like a resignation letter of an MP. Lol.. may be because Jagan doesn't have experience like KCR in writing chains of resignations. Generally people mind their own business while writing resignation letters, but here it seems Jagan kept everyone in mind except him. :)
