If you post something on Google+ (whether it is a post or comment), you can always edit that post or comment. Which means if lets say you started a topic 'A' as your post and people are commenting related to 'A' and you as well.. after sometime if you go and change the topic of post to 'B' (which means earlier you were talking about a recently released movie and then suddenly in the middle of the conversation, you changed it to a recent tennis match) and some of your comments.. that is more than enough to crack others heads.. especially for the people who join the conversation after you did this magic.. :) forget it, they can never understand what all this post is about?
So, i say this can be a minus to Google+.. what do you say?
Now we talk about Google+ as a free marketing tool for you.. (if you own a site)..
It seems the ideology of Google search engine and Google+ is absolutely opposite. Google search engine will do it's best to filter out spam sites in it's search results where as Google+ helps you to spam others' mail boxes. what an irony? Add few thousands of people into your circles, and post some link to your site (if you are a site owner) and choose 'Also email xxxx people not yest using Google+. :) Google will do the rest of the marketing for you. It will send an email straight to their mail boxes.. isn't it called intruding into their privacy? Hmmm.. I didn't find any thing related to this on how to avoid receiving such mails. Did you? If yes, please let me know where the hell is that option? :)
one can find thousands of email Ids in chain mails. add all those mail ids here on Google+ (whether they added you back or not) and then use the above 'post' area with 'Also email' option checked.. :) Wah.. free online marketing tool.. but anyway.. Google has a limitation in number of people in a circle etc., so it helps controlling those numbers..

Video Hangout. Chat with your circles with your web cam. A cam chat with a friend on vacation right from G+ is awesome. (Facebook did add Skype video calling, but Google+ had it first!)

Google+’s first advantage over Facebook is going to be ubiquity: you’ll see it integrated into every Google product you use, from search, to Gmail, to Google Maps, to Google Documents, and Google Apps. Google+ will be less a destination on the web than a service that is available from a lot of the important Google sites that you already use. Point to Google+.
The most important advantage for a lot of users would be privacy. It seems that unlike it’s rollout with Buzz where your contacts were automatically searched and enrolled (BAD Google!), Google seems to have learned its lesson with Google+,requiring you to specify which friends you want to involve and how you want to involve them. Facebook has a long history of playing fast and loose with privacy settings (and use of “private” data). If Google can convince users that they will have more control of their privacy with Google+, a lot of people who don’t use Facebook for that very reason will be potential users. Big point to Google+.
Finally, since Google already knows so much about you, having the additional information they would gather from your activity on a high-volume popular social networking site would absolutely cement their place as the one place to stop for advertising dollars. So indeed, this could be the ultimate straw that breaks Facebook’s back: if the advertising dollars going to Facebook start going instead to Google, Facebook will have some real problems.
