Widespread corruption in the Congress government seems to

an open secret in Andhra Pradesh, but the political impact is

unclear. One media contact told us the man on the street expects

it. He said: "corruption is inalienable. It is rather acceptable."

Another reporter said citizens are fine with corruption so long as

some the money flows down to them, adding that as long as Congress

continues to spread the wealth it actually "strengthens its position

in the state." A third journalist observed that at a minimum the

Congress is consolidating its political base "offering small

contracts to party workers, making them happy." [More]

The bank officer tells him that the bank will need some form of security for the loan, so the Indian man hands over the keys of a new Ferrari parked on the street in front of the bank. He produces the title and everything checks out. The loan officer agrees to accept the car as collateral for the loan. [More]

This area of investment which is 3 times better than any residential / commercial property .

Keeping the purpose of maintaining fair prices and seeing the present trend in similar communities elsewhere , investment in this project seems to be very attractive and the following tells you why .

This is turning out to be a very good investment option for the non retired people also as they are getting back their money in full from the occupants and to be returned only on their vacating the accomodation . The investor on the other hand owns the property and the deposit can be invested in saving schemes which are secure and gives returns of a minimum of 9-12 % pa. This highly favourable returns when compared to the rental values of the residential or commercial buildings should be an incentive for the people planning their retirements or NRIs .

below is the questionnaire of SKC (Sri Krishna Commission) member Prof. Ravinder Kaur of IIT Delhi. SKC member asked the IIT students from Andhra Pradesh to answer the following questions. Guys.. Go through these questions and let me know what do you feel about these questions? Are they sending any message to you in favour of separate Telangana or in favour of United Andhra Pradesh state? Or can't determine?

When i try to draw some message from the following questions, for me it looks totally in favour of a separate state with a small concern of state capital Hyderabad and a bit of concern on future demands for separate states which can be a headache for UPA government. Is it the UPA predetermined to separate Telangana from Andhra Pradesh? [More]
